Wine Critics Notes:
Allen Meadows - Score: 91-93(2021 January)
A much spicier and less earthy mix offers up notes of red and blue pinot fruit, plum and hints of anise and violet. The mouthfeel of the middle weight flavors is even sleeker and more mineral-driven as well with excellent intensity that really builds as the lingering finish sits on the palate. This classy effort should amply reward 12 to 15 years of bottle aging.
